Own use & owner membership
With the purchase of a rocksresort apartment, you and your family benefit from the status of „rocksresort owner“ and receive exclusively one of two memberships („Family“ or „Plus“ / the first 5 years free of charge). This includes services such as free parking, all-year Blueline lift tickets, wellness, golf fees, event participation, etc.
During the peak season from December to March, you can use your apartment yourself for up to three weeks. Beyond that, during the remaining 35 weeks of the year, occupancy is unlimited for you!
