Swiss Wrestling Festival of Grison and Glarus 2023

On Sunday, 18 June 2023, the Swiss Wrestling Festival of Grison and Glarus will take place in Flims for the eighth time. Around 150 wrestlers from the cantons of GR, GL, AI/AR, SG, TG, SH and ZH will be competing for the day’s victory at this event. Also, the Flims Wrestling Club has something to celebrate – namely its 75th anniversary.

The field of participants is expected to be interesting and exciting. The seasoned Swiss champions Armon Orlik (GR) and Roger Rychen (GL), the winner of the oldest category of the 2021 Schwarzenburg Federal Wrestling Festival for Young Talents, Luca Müller (SC Zug und Umgebung), as well as the wrestling king Kilian Wenger (SC Niedersimmental) will be paying their respects in Flims.

The event will open with a children’s trial on Saturday, 17.6.2023 from 2 pm in the arena on the balloon meadow in Flims. On 18 June, the wrestlers will then fight for the throne.
