The architectural concept of Domenig Architects inspires

Since its opening in 2009, the rocksresort has been a member of Design Hotels™. The cubes of the rocksresort with its 121 apartments are grouped around a central square like randomly left-over boulders. The concept by Domenig Architekten is inspired by the Flims landslide, which shaped the area of today's Flims Laax Falera destination around 10,000 years ago.

The label is awarded to attractive holiday accommodation for families, which must meet strict guidelines and standards. We are happy to officially carry this label. At rocksresort PARK, children can experience and romp around a lot and with the crèche and the Ami Sabi program, there is a lot on offer for children.

For the first time, selected hotels were also available for the "World's Best Green Ski Hotel". The inclusion of this category underlines the increasing relevance of sustainability in the tourism industry. The rocksresort in LAAX, which takes a responsible approach to its resources and the environment and acts in accordance with Minergie standards, took first place in this category. The award is a jury and audience award at the same time and is one of the World Travel Awards that are regarded as "Oscars of the travel industry". We are delighted to receive this award and are proud to be part of such an innovative and dedicated ski resort.
