The idea of sustainability and the promotion of biodiversity is firmly anchored in the DNA of the rocksresort. A further step in this direction was the cultivation of an in-house tea blend on the roofs of the rocksresort. Well protected from wild animals, not only did the leaves and flowers for our new rocksstea grow and thrive during the summer thanks to ideal conditions, but a habitat for insects and pollinators was also created.
The plants and flowers were regularly harvested during the summer, then dried and now skilfully and lovingly processed by hand into a fine and unique tea blend of 21 herbs.
