Our "buy to use and let" concept enables you to refinance your vacation home in the long term. During the weeks when you are not using your apartment yourself, we take over the rental to our vacation guests as well as the ongoing maintenance and care of your valuable property. The rental income from all apartments is collected via a pooling model and distributed to the owners on a pro rata basis each year.
Your advantages: Even if your apartment is not rented out continuously, you are guaranteed to receive rental income. The entire rental, maintenance and care process is handled by the Weisse Arena Gruppe.

There are currently no apartments for resale. Two-bedroom Superior and Comfort apartments are expected to be available for sale from mid-December.

Own use & membership
With the purchase of a rocksresort apartment, you and your family benefit from the exclusive status of "rocksresort owner". You can choose between two memberships - "Family" or "Plus". These include numerous benefits and services such as free parking, year-round Blueline lift tickets, access to signinawellness, reduced green fees on the 18-hole Sagogn golf course, event invitations and much more.
During the main season in winter, from December to March, you can use your apartment yourself for up to three weeks. Beyond that, during the remaining weeks of the year, occupancy is unlimited.
