The „buy to use and let“ concept contributes to refinancing: If you do not use your holiday home for your own holidays, we will rent it out for you. A pooling model collects the rental income of all apartments and distributes it proportionately to the owners.

Your advantage: Even if your apartment is not rented out, you are guaranteed to receive rental income. The entire rental process is handled by the Weisse Arena Group – for you without effort.

Important Info

Own use & owner membership

During the high season from December to March you can use your apartment for up to three weeks. In addition, during the remaining 35 weeks of the year, the occupancy is unlimited for you.

For the owners, memberships are included in the purchase price for five years. Once your membership has expired, you can extend it to 80 percent of the current market price. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
