Our “buy to use and let” concept allows you to refinance your vacation home over the long term. During the weeks you are not using your apartment yourself, we handle rental to our holiday guests, as well as the ongoing maintenance and care of your valuable property. Rental income is pooled by apartment category and distributed proportionally to owners once per year.
Even if your apartment is not rented continuously, you still receive guaranteed rental income. The entire rental, maintenance and care process is managed by the Weisse Arena Group.

Own use & membership
With the purchase of a rocksresort apartment, you and your family benefit from the exclusive status of "rocksresort owner". You can choose between two memberships - "Family" or "Plus". These include numerous benefits and services such as free parking, year-round Blueline lift tickets, access to signinawellness, reduced green fees on the 18-hole golf courses in Domat-Ems and Sagogn, event invitations and much more.
During the main season in winter, from December to March, you can use your apartment yourself for up to three weeks. Beyond that, during the remaining weeks of the year, own occupancy is unlimited.
