Our attractive "buy to use and let" concept contributes to refinancing: If you do not use your apartment yourself for your vacation, we take over the rental to vacation guests as well as the ongoing maintenance and care of your valuable property. The rental income from all apartments is collected via a pooling model and distributed to the owners on a pro rata basis.
Your advantage: Even if your apartment is not rented out, you are guaranteed to receive rental income. The entire rental, maintenance and care process is handled by the Weisse Arena Group - without any effort on your part.

Own use & membership
With the purchase of a rocksresort apartment, you and your family benefit from the status of "rocksresort owner" and receive one of two exclusive memberships ("Family" or "Plus" / the first 5 years free of charge). This includes services such as free parking, year-round Blueline lift tickets, wellness, golf fees, event participation, etc.
During the high season from December to March, you can use your apartment for up to three weeks. Beyond that, during the remaining 35 weeks of the year, you have unlimited occupancy!
