More strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our professional trainer, Sandra Bundi, guides you through varied sessions that appeal to both beginners and advanced participants. The group courses offer individual support in small groups of no more than four people and take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Targeted stretching exercises release tension and calm the nervous system. Perfect after a strenuous day on the slopes.
