Our concept offers you modern apartments in various categories and sizes, giving you maximum flexibility for a stay tailored to your needs. Our apartments are specially designed for self-catering and invite you to plan your vacation individually and spontaneously, while still enjoying the benefits of a rocksresort .

Yes, a tourist tax of CHF 5 per day per guest is charged, as well as a cleaning fee for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Yes. We have a spacious parking garage with over 600 parking spaces, which is also used by day visitors to LAAX. This includes over 30 charging stations for electric cars. Parking costs CHF 20 per day.

The rocksresort directly at the LAAX valley station and only a 20-minute drive from Chur or 1 hour 45 minutes from Zurich. Our hotel is also easily accessible from anywhere in Europe. Yes. There is free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. For sustainability reasons, the rooms do not have air conditioning. Our fresh mountain air takes care of that 😉

Yes, you can request a baby cot at any time. An extra bed is not available. If you need more space, we recommend booking a larger apartment category.

All our rooms are accessible by elevator. There are no specific structural measures for barrier-free use within the rooms.

Yes. Every hotel guest has their own heated ski locker/ski cabinet at their disposal. Bikes can be stored in our parking garage in a separate, secure area.

Yes. Pets are always welcome here. Whether it's a dog bowl or dog blanket, walking trails around the signinahotel and in the region, your dog should also enjoy their vacation with us. However, pet food is the responsibility of the pet owner. A fee of CHF 23 per day is charged for pets.

The apartments at rocksresort specially designed for self-catering. However, you can easily add a daily breakfast to your booking. The breakfast buffet is served at Ristorante Camino in the neighboring signinahotel, with which the rocksresort shares a reception desk. If you prefer something simpler or don't want a full buffet, Piazza Cafedeli and Snake Bar offer delicious alternatives such as croissants, muesli, or bagels—also available to take away.
