4* for the rocksresort

In autumn 2023, we were officially awarded four stars by HotellerieSuisse for our serviced apartments. The quality compass for serviced apartments introduced in 2019 is the world's first reference system for this type of accommodation. The level of service is less important than the level of comfort, which must meet "high standards" for four stars.

Particular mention was made of the spacious apartments, which are between 56 and 120 square meters in size, and their furnishings made from natural, high-quality materials. They all also have the "extended shopping facilities on site" required by HotellerieSuisse.

The architectural concept by Domenig Architekten inspires

The rocksresort has been a member of Designhotels since it opened in 2009. The cuboids of the rocksresort with its 121 apartments are grouped around a central square like random erratic blocks. The concept by Domenig Architekten is inspired by the Flims landslide, which formed the area of today's destination Flims Laax Falera around 10,000 years ago.

Association of the seven leading Swiss family hotels

The aim is to increase the variety and quality of offers for families. All participants in the association must provide childcare seven days a week, at least ten children's and three family program points as well as indoor and outdoor attractions for games and sports. The admission criteria also include saunas and wellness areas as well as sports and catering facilities for parents.
