The concept of sustainability and the support of biodiversity is firmly anchored in the DNA of the rocksresort. Another step in this direction was the cultivation of an in-house tea, planted on the roofs of the rocksresort. Well protected from wildlife and thanks to ideal conditions, not only leaves and flowers for our new rockstea grew and flourished during the summer, a habitat for insects and pollinators was also created.

The plants and flowers were regularly harvested during the summer, then dried and now skillfully and lovingly handcrafted into a fine and unique tea mixture of 21 herbs.
